Cross Faction Grouping is being TURNED OFF!

Hi all,

We have been running a poll on this tpoic for a week or two and the results are now in.

33 voted for NO more cross factioning
32 voted ro keep it
3 didnt care either way.


The GMs have had a meeting after reading all your posts on this topic

we have decided to dissable chatting & grouping, BUT leave mailing & AH enabled.

To give every one time to adjust to this and move any items about, we are giving you a ONE WEEK notice of this being turned off.
On the 17th December 2009 grouping & chat for cross faction will be turned off.

if you have anything you need to move do it now please.

dont forget once the new setting are applied you will STILL be able to buy items from AH list by the other faction and also get mail from the other faction.

I know some people will not like this change, but it will better the server and if you "think" you may not be able todo 25 man raids, instead of QQ-ing why not bring some more players to server.

both factions have more than enough players todo 25 manners way more than enough.

I accept the changes, but I highly dislike them.

I prefer old system, I'm not in it for the game, the game sucks... I'm in it for the players.

well, I guess its ok, no problems for the Anihilators anyway. We mostly group with allies when trading since it was way faster then the mails.

I will not comment for or against this. But I will say thanks for keeping us players informed.

the server is going from bad to worse .. you are making it more and more blizzlike every day and ppl keeps leaving and coming .. atm mga is stuck in a loop between 50-100 players
you should stop making it blizzlike for a while and think about the players too or you will just spend the money on an empty server :(

Cypy, this is a blizzlike server, it is the whole point. It has always been. We have grown quite a bit in the last few months. The server was set up by Biglad originally for him and hid friends to play, and learn, then the server grew to what it is today and continues to grow (we have the statistics).

I think, before making comments like that, you should first and foremost consider that. And the fact that Biglad is spending his money, time and dedication to this server, at no charge to you at all. Its time everyone think about that. I've seen players say bad things about Biglad, staff (who also give their time, free to you) and the server.

And with these words I lock this topic. This is an announcement, not a bitching session.
