I use mouse scroll down for Battle stance, Mouse scroll click for defensive and scroll up for berserker. Heroic strike keybind is just for show to see if i have it queued up or not, its macrod into another ability. Cleave and Victory rush binded to 9 and 0 are used very rarely but im still comfortable pressing those buttons when i need to.

I use W A D as movement keys (A and D being strafe left and right). S key is unbound. Kinda off-topic cause im not prot but oh well maybe it will help.
