Downtime 27/08/2009

Hiya all,


As some of you will know alrdy the server was down for a few hours, it started late last night.

There has been some glitch in the main MGA SQL server. At this point in time i have no clue whats up with the SQL server apart from it just doesnt want to work.

As for all MGA servers there is ATLEAST one back up, we are now running from MGA-SQL2 while we find the problem with the main server, there was no data lost or rollbacks.

Sorry the server was down for a few hours (about 10) but this week im on holiday and iv been very drunk most of the time.
Big thanks to Matt for giving me a phone call, even if it was daft o'clock in the morning.

Loving playing on the sever and due to this getting super frustrated with the constant crashing every two min literally, hope it gets fixed soon so we can all go back to the bliss of Wow :)
