Hiya all,
As most of you have gathered from being in game the Dual Talent Specialization is now fully working and functional.
To make the new system work we had to force reset every ones tallents (at no cost), just re-assign your points.
If you are level 40+ go visit your class trainer and for 1000 gold you can buy Dual Talent Specialization.
