To ensure that your stay at MGA is most enjoyable it is indeed wise to consult this guide before attempting to contact a GM.
GM's can help you if:
- You are stuck in a place where you cannot escape and cannot access a spirithealer.
- Finding out if a NPC is spawned.
- With a broken quest.
What GM's cannot help you with:
- Discovering the whereabouts of a mob. (For this there was invented wowhead (http://www.wowhead.com), carbonite (http://www.carboniteaddon.com), wowwiki (http://www.wowwiki.com))
- Getting rid of weird noises in Eversong Woods.
Before calling a GM to help you clear your cache. (http://forum.mgawow.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1234)
Try to retake the quest. Note this should only be done if the quest gives items that you can hand in. Or you will have to redo entire quest.
Also when calling a GM show the proper respect, they are there helping people all day. Kindness gets you further than being arrogant.
